I showed up to the emergency room with what felt like a bad case of bronchitis; I received an examination as well as an X-ray and was prescribed medication. The big problem was that I was given the wrong prescription and not what I was told. They forgot the antibiotics; instead I was prescribed two kinds of painkillers! I was lucky I noticed this the next day, as I googled my medications; otherwise, I am sure I would have ended up being hospitalized.

Excellent service provided by this facility. All of the staff are highly professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The translation service provided by Maria is invaluable and her help with the entire process including liaising with my travel insurance provider was executed very professionally and competently. Maria stayed with me throughout the process including the transfer to the main Hospital, where she introduced us to her equally professional colleague Gara. Thank you and well done to all.

Cannot praise this hospital and the staff highly enough. Very attentive and first class treatment given to our son for his trauma injury from the moment we arrived and from the involvement of all the medical team. Jennifer was our chaperone and translator and stayed with our son throughout and helped in every way, making the situation as straightforward as possible. Jennifer continued communication with us even after we left the hospital liaising with our Travel Insurance provider and we felt assured by her involvement and management of our case. I have had a very good experience here especially with the translation team they are very helpful and every time I needed an appointment I was given one within the day and able to address my sickness and any other health issues quickly and effectively.

The Hospital save my sons life. I was directly transferred to the international service ( ‭+34 608 171 284‬ Silbia) Silbia called my son straight away and made sure he was treated right away. Due to the severe Diagnosis they transferred him immediately to the University Hospital. What a luck! And what a kindness of Silbia to even cover the following day until I arrived. Full stars and more! And the medical service was top as well. Highly recommended!
